Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
A variation would be to add a whole banana (or two). You can omit the orange juice or include it, either way it's very tasty.

Add sugar; toss to mix well.
Chill.

Cut cake into squares; top with strawberries
Strawberry Apple Fruit Leather
(homemade fruit roll ups - very nutritious)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups ripe strawberries (washed and hulled)
1/2 cup honey
Place all ingredients in blender and puree to a smooth consistency.
Oil a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray
or pour on an oiled fruit leather tray (of your dehydrator).
Spread mixture so it is evenly distributed.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 150 degrees for 5-7 hours or in your dehydrator for 4-5 hours.
Fruit leather is done when it feels "leather like" and is still pliable.
